RESUMO
A instituição de ensino em sua totalidade pode ser concebida como um sistema, um conjunto de relações entre seus diferentes membros, no qual cada parte interage com outra e a mudança em uma parte ou membro repercute em mudanças em todo o sistema. Apesar de a percepção individualizada das dificuldades constituir-se numa das vias mais difíceis para a busca de soluções e numa das condições para a manutenção dos problemas, os sistemas educacionais em geral, e os profissionais que neles atuam, ainda tendem a buscar explicações lineares e intra-psíquicas para as dificuldades apresentadas por funcionários, alunos ou turmas. O grupo Ciranda Consultoria Relacional Sistêmica em Instituições de Ensino se propõe a apresentar aos leitores subsídios que os auxilie a ampliar a compreensão da realidade escolar e seus problemas, promovendo a atualização teórica, técnica e prática, a partir da visão relacional sistêmica.(AU)
The educational institution as a whole may be understood as a system, a set of relationships among its different members, in which each part interacts with another and a change in one part or member reflects in changes throughout the system. Although the perception of individual problems constitutes one of the most difficult way to search for solutions and one of the conditions for maintaining the problems, the educational systems in general and the professionals who work with them, still tend to seek linear and intra-psychic explanations to the difficulties presented by staff, students or classes. The group Ciranda Consultoria Realacional Sistêmica em Instituições de Ensino presents in this paper subsidies that would help broaden the understanding of the schools reality and its problems, promoting theoretical, technical and practical upgrade, from the systemic relational view.(AU)
